Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original, unopened packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used consumables, ink and cleaning fluids cannot be returned. Custom or special-order items are also non-returnable.
3. How to Start a Return
Email us first with your order number to receive return instructions. Do not ship items back without contacting us. Unless the return is due to our error, the customer pays return shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
