We ship worldwide via established carriers (e.g. DHL, FedEx, EMS). Estimated delivery is typically 7–20 business days depending on destination, shown at checkout. Times are estimates and may vary with customs.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination zone. Free shipping may apply above a certain order value (shown at checkout).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Listed prices do NOT include import duties, VAT/GST or other local taxes. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged by your local customs authority on delivery.
5. Ink & Liquid Restrictions
Ink and other liquids are subject to air-freight regulations. Some inks can only be shipped to certain countries or via specific methods, which may affect speed and cost. If you are unsure whether we can ship ink to your location, please contact us before ordering.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide a carrier and tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
